Fill your life with music
Biography

Tressie is a driving force behind the Harmony School of the Arts. The school utilizes the arts as a natural means to bring peace, happiness, and well-being to the mind, body, and spirit. A sanctuary where creativity and imagination are nurtured by an incredible Adaptive Arts program --music, art, dance, and drama--dedicated to improving the lives of our special needs population. Harmony uses the creative process of art making to improve and enhance certain skills needed to make life better. The creative process involved in artistic self-expression helps increase self-esteem and self-awareness, reduce stress, resolve conflict, develop interpersonal skills, manage behavior, and open new doors of communication for each participant. The small classes ensure every student gets the attention and assistance they need to fully engage in the creative process. All are encouraged to do as much of their own work as possible. Every lesson is adapted to fit every individual need. harmonyadaptivearts@gmail.com
